1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Runa ("the Service"), operated by Runa ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Runa is a bookmarking and knowledge management service that lets you save, organize, and search links, files, and text. You can access Runa through the web app, API, MCP (Model Context Protocol), email forwarding, browser extension, iOS shortcut, and messaging platforms via OpenClaw. Features include AI-powered enrichment, search, chat, X bookmark sync, and content management.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you save, upload, or create through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership over your User Content.

6. AI Features

The Service includes AI-powered features such as search, summarization, auto-tagging, and chat. These features process your saved content to provide functionality. AI-generated outputs are provided as-is and may not always be accurate. You should not rely on AI outputs as the sole basis for important decisions.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as X (Twitter), email providers, and browser extensions. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

8. Subscription and Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination. We will delete your data within 30 days following account termination, except where retention is required by law.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
